Product Description

The Deluxe Lofted Barn Cabin is available in 12', 14', and 16' widths. It combines the best features of the lofted barn and cabin with a stylish angled porch. All models feature interior lofts, a 9-lite door, and three 2' x 3' windows. This model is highly customizable and makes a great vacation home, office, or living space.

Our buildings come with your choice of six stylish colors of metal roof (additional colors are available for a $100 fee) or a shingle roof is available in several colors for no additional charge.

All treated wood buildings come with a five year warranty on workmanship and are made with quality materials including T1-11 siding. T1-11 siding is a wood siding product and has a natural, wood-grained look that is very appealing. T1-11 siding is strong and has a long life as compared to other sidings. It is the most environmentally friendly of siding products and is made from engineered wood (wood products and other materials pressed together) and carries a thirty year warranty. Our skids and floor joists have been pressure treated for ground contact and carry a limited lifetime warranty against termites and decay.

Studs in our treated wood buildings are 24" on-center with double studs on each seam in the siding, which ensures that the building will remain solid and leak-proof through changes in moisture and temperature. Our doubled top plates, window headers, and door headers are yet another indication of the quality and craftsmanship in all of our buildings. We use hurricane clips on every roof truss for extra strength and stability.

    I got this building fast and the delivery was free. I didnt think anything was free nowadays. and the metal roof was free too.
