The Deluxe Lofted Barn Cabin is available in 12', 14', and 16' widths. It combines the best features of the lofted barn and cabin with a stylish angled porch. All models feature interior lofts, a 9-lite door, and three 2' x 3' windows. This model is highly customizable and makes a great vacation home, office, or living space.
Our buildings come with your choice of six stylish colors of metal roof (additional colors are available for a $100 fee) or a shingle roof is available in several colors for no additional charge.
Our Urethane Buildings are constructed with LP® SmartSide®, which delivers all the warmth and beauty of traditional wood, plus the durability and workability of engineered wood. The SmartGuard® manufacturing process actually improves upon nature, creating products that are engineered for strength, performance and protection against fungal decay and termites. LP SmartSide is backed by an industry-leading 5/50 Year Transferable Limited Warranty.
The manufacturing process of SmartSide ensures that all LP® SmartSide® products deliver outstanding strength and durability. The process begins with either wood strands or wood fiber. A zinc borate compound is then applied throughout the substrate to help protect against fungal decay and termites. Superior exterior-grade resins are used to create extremely strong bonds within the product.
Studs in our Urethane buildings are 16" on-center for superior strength and durability. Our doubled top plates, window headers, and door headers are yet another indication of the quality and craftsmanship in all of our buildings. We use hurricane clips on every roof truss for extra strength and stability.
